The first step to my non-gmo lifestyle. Once I get my non-gmo seeds in the mail this week, you’ll all see more. Being self-sustaining is the first step to a better life… At least in my mind it is. High-res

Day #1 recap

Yesterday I had to fast for my lab work at the hospital. Then I had multiple appointments at the doctors. One for asthma, where I had to stay at for two hours. The second was at physical therapy. Turns out I need to work on my strength due to my flexibility. Finally ate around 6. However, deciding to stick to things I’m bit allergic to, I ate sushi. Sushi taste much much different without soy. Bleh. Then decided it’d be a good idea to still play indoor soccer.

Yeah… Negative. It wasn’t.

So after a mad tummy ache, I got some sleep. Yay!

Kicking fitness into high gear

Sometimes it takes more than a silly goal or dream to make us want to change something about ourselves. Sometimes it takes a realization that what you thought was true about yourself really isn’t. I’ve been a bit too happy with my appearance lately and haven’t really looked and realized that I need to start to work harder. I’m not as skinny, as pretty, or as young looking as I thought I was. I need to start focusing on my appearance, for everyone judges people by the cover before they get to know them. My cover is worn and can do good by some new binding.

Indoor soccer tonight. Pole tomorrow. Indoor rock climbing on Friday.
